Trilogy initiates new congestion exposure BoF meeting at IETF

Trilogy has been researching how to help capacity sharing in the Internet by revealing the expected congestion in the IP header, and we have been developing a protocol called re-feedback or re-ECN. We have already been getting informal input from other Internet experts and so it is now time to start the formal standardisation process. The first step is a “Birds of a Feather” (BoF) meeting, which takes place in November 2009 during the IETF-75 meeting in Hiroshima.
