Conference Location and accomodation:

The conference will be held in the "Auditoires Sainte Barbe".

Warning: Be careful, Leuven ("Louvain" in french) is not Louvain la Neuve. Generally, Louvain la Neuve is denoted "Louvain la Neuve Université" in train stations.

How to come in Louvain-la-Neuve ?

By plane:

The two closest airport are Brussels Airport (located in Brussels) and Brussels South (located in Charleroi).

Most of flight companies can join Brussels Airport. Mainly Ryan Air can join Brussels South. After that, you have to use train or car (see below) in order to reach Louvain-la-Neuve.

By Thalys:

Brussels Midi station can be joined using Thalys from:

• Amsterdam
• Den Haag
• Kholn
• Paris
• Rotterdam
• Schipol

You leave the Thalys at the Bruxelles Midi station.

Then, you can reach Louvain-la-Neuve by train or by car :

By train from Brussels Airport :

1. First, you have to buy a train ticket (a single) from Brussels Airport to Louvain-la-Neuve Université. Please, be careful on specifying the right destination city as there is another city in Belgium called Louvain. This is not the same place!
2. Take the train towards Brussels and leave it in Bruxelles Nord (Brussels North station).
3.  Take the train towards Namur and leave it in Ottignies
4. Take the train towards Louvain-la-Neuve Université. Leave at the first stop.

By train from Brussels Midi :

1. Take the bus (ligne A) towards Charleroi railway station (Charleroi Sud).
2. By a train ticket (a single) from Charleroi Sud to Louvain-la-Neuve Université. Please, be careful on specifying the right destination city as there is another city in Belgium called Louvain. This is not the same place!
3. Take the train towards Ottignies and leave it at Ottignies
4. Take the train towards Louvain-la-Neuve Université. Leave at the first stop.

2. Take exit 8a
3. When crossing N4 (traffic circle), drive left (direction Namur - Gembloux)
4. Take exit "Bierau" after the lights, then first road right and then follow parking Rédimé (on the right)
   
5. Follow parking Ste Barbe (P11)

By car from Brussels South Airport:

1. Take direction Gosselies-Genappe
2. In Genappe take RN25 to Louvain-la-Neuve
3. When crossing N4 (traffic circle), drive left (direction Louvain-la-Neuve - Wavre)
4. Take exit "Bierau" after the lights, then first road right and then follow parking Rédimé (on the right)
5. Follow parking Ste Barbe (P11)
